Hi, I'm Katey 🖐Your go-to coach for strengthening your mindset & habits.

What happens after I purchase?

You will receive an email with the link to your online dashboard in Teachable. This is where you will go to access all the course modules. If you purchase the VIP option, you will be contacted with a link to schedule your call.


How long will it take to complete?

The course is self-paced, but I recommend spreading it out so you have time to fully grasp & implement the concepts. I recommend one module a week. The videos are concise, so most of the time will be spent using the worksheets provided to practice what you've learned.


How long do I have access to the course?

Forever! Once it's yours, it's yours - including any future updates to the course.
